Milan: the real estate market is liquid and the demand is growing

The real estate market in Milan is very liquid and demand and transactions are growing, according to the Market Report 2017 – 2018 by Engel & Völkers with the contribution of Nomisma.

In the historical center, prices goes from 6,000 to 10,000 euro/sq.m. for properties in good state and it can reach 13,000 euro/sq.m. for top quality properties.

Brera, with the neighborhoods of via Gabba, via Manzoni and via dei Giardini, remains the most requested area. Foreign customers are less than 5% of the total, and they are mostly interested in purchasing as investment.
