On 7-8 September 2021 MIPIM – Marché international des professionnels de l’immobilier, the exhibition that traditionally takes place in March, returns to Cannes, in the Palais des Festivals, in a special September Edition.
MIPIM represents the premier international real estate event. This year, after the break caused by the pandemic, it is presented in a reduced version in terms of exhibition spaces, but in a dual modality, online and in-person, to enable all stakeholders to participate actively in this relevant occasion of business, meetings, and thematic discussions, and not to miss the appointment with this global showcase.
Italian Trade Agency, having found the interest of numerous Italian players, will take part in this prestigious initiative for the enhancement of our real estate assets, giving continuity to a participation that for several years now characterizes the promotional plan dedicated to this sector, also in view of next traditional MIPIM edition in 2022.
Under the programme Invest in Italy, realized in cooperation with Invitalia, the Agency for investments promotion, together with ITA office and FDI desk in Paris, Italian Trade Agency will curate the participation, both online and in-person, of numerous Institutions that have joined the initiative (Regions: Lombardy, Tuscany through Invest in Tuscany, Liguria through Liguria International and Apulia; the City of Genoa; Port Authority of the Eastern Ligurian Sea; Invimit; FS Sistemi Urbani).
The initiative takes place in partnership with Roma Capitale and Invest in Emilia Romagna.
Italian Trade Agency will provide a collective space without individual workplaces, equipped with video and touchscreens, that will host participants offering them the possibility of face-to-face meetings while following social distancing measures.
In the Italian pavilion it will be possible to examine projects proposed directly by the participants and explained also by dedicated slideshows that will be available on video at all times.
In the pavilion the Paris FDI desk will carry out scouting actions and assist participants.
The framework of initiatives is completed by active promotion of the Italian participation, and by a dedicated webpage on the site wordpress-763711-2606952.cloudwaysapps.com to highlight selected assets, as well as to promote the entire offer available in our website, that involves also property owners not present at the Mipim September Edition.
