Nomisma: 2.6 million of families declare their intention to purchase an house

The families who intend to purchase an house are 2.6 million, they increased with compared to the last year survey (in 2017 they were 2.2 million).

Among these, 722 thousand households are already moving (2.8%), while about 1.9 million express a purchase intention in the short term (7.4%). This is what emerges from the Survey 2018 to families by Nomisma.

Also this year the propensity is more considerable among young people (from 18 to 35 years old), with a satisfactory financial and working condition and an average household income higher than 3,500 euros per month and a high level of education.
