Nomisma: in the first half of 2018 the time required to sell the buildings decreases

The reduction in average sales times of houses and shops – and a year later of the offices – is a phenomenon that began in 2014.

Since then, the contraction has progressively intensified, up to the first half of 2018, when the intensity of time reduction has greatly decreased.

According to Nomisma, average absorption times for used houses for purchase are around 6.5 months, a little bit more than 9 months for offices and a little bit less than 9 months for stores.
