OMI: Italian real estate grows in the 2Q 2016

The Italian real estate market is growing in the second quarter of 2016.

The sales increased by 21.8% over the same period of 2015, according to OMI-Observatory of the Real Estate Market, or OMI-Osservatorio del mercato immobiliare.

The housing market shows an increase by 22.9%, the industrial one by 28.7%, the office sector by 14.7% and the retail one by 12.9%.

The residential market is positive in the big cities, especially in Bologna (+ 33.5%), Milan (+ 29.7%) and Naples (+ 25.3%).
