Amundi has stipulated, on behalf of the closed real estate investment fund Amundi Re Italia, the sale of an industrial building with offices and warehouses at a price of 4.3 million euro.
The complex mainly for logistics uses is an area of about 11,200 square meters and has been the subject of a leaseback sale.
The property is entirely occupied by the company GS Engineering Srl under a lease contract of 9 + 9 years, signed at the same time as the acquisition of the asset by the fund.
