The town of Petralia Sottana gives former convent in concession for 30 years

The Municipality of Petralia Sottana, in the province of Palermo, published the tender for the granting of exploitation of the Ex Convent of the Reformed Fathers.

The duration of the concession goes from a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 30 years.

This is the second tender for the exploitation of an asset owned by a territorial entity, entered in the Valore Paese-Dimore project, the initiative promoted by Agenzia del Demanio (or State Property Agency) of a group of luxury public properties.
