The complex is surrounded by greenery and spa-related tourist facilities and residential buildings. The town is well served by road and rail networks, with the railway station a mere 1.8 km away along the Asti-Genoa line. Good road access to the locality is by the SS-30, the SS-456 and provincial roads. Asti is 45 km away, Casal Monferrato 64 km, Turin 123 km and Genoa 70 km.
