The property is located in a hilly area north of the urban area, in the hamlet of Cossila San Grato, with access along Via Santuario di Oropa, an important road (SP-144) that winds north from the city centre towards the Santuario d’Oropa: the area is well connected by public transport and easily reachable by private vehicles. The historic centre of the city is about 4 km from the property (8-10 minutes by car), while the “Biella-S. Paolo” railway station, on the Novara-Turin regional line, is 5 km away (10-12 minutes by car). The “Balocco” exit on the A-4 motorway (Turin-Milan-Trieste) is 33 km from the property (30-40 minutes by car).
