The building is located along the former “Calalzo – Dobbiaco” railway line, now used as a cycle path. The building consists of a ground floor and an additional attic level. On the ground floor, two interconnected rooms can be found, plus a rather narrow staircase that provides access to the attic space. The building is made of masonry with a wooden beam roof and sheet metal cladding, and the internal floor is made of wooden beams. The roof was completely redone in 2021. The area is approximately 72 km from Belluno (90-110 minutes by car), while the Austrian border is approximately 51 km from the property (60 minutes by car). The “Belluno” exit on the A-27 motorway (“Alemagna road”) is approximately 100 km from the property (100-120 minutes by car) and provides access to the A-4 (Turin-Milan-Trieste) – the main motorway in northern Italy.
