The noble palace built during the 16th century and divided into three aboveground floors and a basement, houses frescoes of considerable historical-artistic interest: in the entrance hall and along the staircase leading to the main floor and the loggia, it preserves significant frescoes with allegorical scenes, while in the chapel a fresco by Valerio Castello depicting the Coronation of the Virgin can be found. Another fresco, by Domenico Fiasella (1589-1669), inspired by the myth of Diana and Endymion, is found in the vault of the ground floor. Upon the updating of the PUC (Municipal Town-Planning Scheme), the property can be used for the following functions: private services; accommodation facilities; residential; advanced tertiary. The building is of considerable interest for the following aspects: historical and architectural value; proximity to the city centre; presence of services and commercial activities in the surrounding area.
