The property is located in the municipality of Monchiero (population 578), in the province of Cuneo, on the edge of the Langhe, an area with a vocation for wine and food. The municipality is located along the provincial road SP-661, which connects the provinces of Turin and Cuneo, and originates in the municipality of Carmagnola; it winds between Belvedere Langhe and Murazzano until reaching Montezemolo, where it joins the former state road SS-28 bis of Colle di Nava. The surrounding area is characterized by the prevalent residential and production use. The area is fairly well connected and reachable by public transport thanks to the presence of extra-urban bus lines. The cities of Asti, Cuneo and Turin are respectively 51, 47 and 70 km from the property. The “Cherasco” exit on the A-33 motorway (Cuneo-Asti) is located 11 km from the area (10 minutes by car) and allows entry onto the national motorway network. The “Brà” train station, which allows one to reach Turin in 45 minutes, is located approximately 17 km from the area (20-25 minutes by car), while the Turin-Caselle international airport (13th Italian airport in terms of passenger traffic) is located 100 km away (60-70 minutes by car).
