The Miliscola district, once used by the Navy, consists of a number of buildings with a floor area of 4,300 sqm, built on a total surface area of 72,000 sqm. The southern side of the property is located near the coast facing the island of Procida (Procida Channel), while the eastern side is located near Lake Miseno. The property includes the former protected accommodation (in the tunnel) and a main building, formerly used as a sailors’ building, offices and a storage space. The facility is equipped with a guardhouse, a building used as a former barracks with offices and accommodation and 2 accommodation buildings with four apartments each.

The real estate property is located in the peripheral area of Monte di Procida (population 11,763), a municipality in the province of Naples, in the Miliscola area. The site offers excellent accessibility by private transport, guaranteed by its proximity to either the A3 Naples-Salerno motorway (40 km) or the A1 Milan-Naples motorway (45 km). The Pozzuoli train station, on the Naples-Pozzuoli regional line, is located approximately 11 km away from the property, while the Naples Central Station (High Speed Trains) is approximately 30 km from the area (60 minutes by car). Naples’ “Capodichino” international airport is approximately 30 km from the property (60 minutes by car).
