The villa is preceded by a large garden divided into two sectors by the central access avenue to the building and is located along the road inside the property, as is characteristic of eighteenth-century buildings. On the back of the villa a grove slopes down the hill and the juxtaposition between grove and garden falls in line with the scenic taste of the time. The green area covers a total of 2,455 sqm.

The building has a quadrangular layout and is divided into two aboveground floors plus attic. The side elevations have slightly sloped walls, indicating that the current construction was carried out over an older building. The main façade has a portico with a loggia above, both with three arches.

On the ground floor, in addition to the hall after the portico, which leads to the staircase to the upper floor, two drawing rooms and various utility rooms can be found (427 sqm distributed over 10 rooms). On the first floor, the two-flight travertine staircase leads to the hall connected to the loggia. From here, one can access a large central hall which in turn leads to two small sitting rooms which overlook the glass gallery (called the Gallery of Busts), which in turn overlooks the grove. The side wings are occupied by a series of rooms (a total area of 425 sqm including the hall and 9 other rooms). The different decorations of the rooms date back mainly to the period of construction of the building. The second floor hosts 9 rooms, for a total surface of 225 sqm.

All the buildings are made of mixed stone and brick masonry, with vaulted ceilings of brick or timber and brick; the roof is made with Tuscan-style tiles and pantiles; the external finish is plaster and paint. The villa has cornices, string courses and squaring in all openings, with a plaster finish. Internally, the rooms present simple finishes, with plaster and paint for the walls, wood for the internal and external fixtures and marble chips and/or terracotta for the flooring.

In addition to the wooden sculptures present in the entrance hall, on the main floor, located in the rear part of the building, lays the “Gallery and/or Room of Busts”, an extremely valuable room overlooking the former grove that houses a collection of marble and plaster busts on platforms.

Another valuable building is the private chapel, with a façade marked by 4 pilasters with geometric entablature, a stone portal and a semicircular tympanum. The rest of the main façade is in brick and the remaining parts in plaster. The property covers approximately 4 hectares (39,000 sqm), while the buildings occupy a covered area of 2,250 sqm, thus boasting a gross surface area of 3,200 sqm.
