The location, although specialized in cross-country skiing, offers numerous tourist attractions both in winter and summer such as trekking routes, rafting, adventure park, etc. The proximity to the ski resorts of La Thuile, Courmayeur and the Mont Blanc area, Lake Arpy and the Prè Saint Didier SPA make the property of considerable interest for tourist purposes. The urban settlement of Morgex is about 8 km away (15 minutes by car), the La Salle train station is about 10 km away (15-20 minutes by car), accessibility by private vehicle is quite easy, with the “Morgex” exit on the A-5 motorway (which connects Turin to the Mont Blanc tunnel) being about 10 km from the property. The closest airport is Aosta which is about 41 km away but is currently closed to scheduled air transport for passengers.
