The estate, the former “the Venetian Wine Cooperative distillery”, is located in Ponte di Pavia, in the province of Treviso, one of the richest Venetian provinces, whose territory is included in the “The Prosecco Wine Road of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene”, a food and wine itinerary. It is on an industrial site in the Levada locality. The original building needs to be demolished to construct a modern operational factory / warehouse.
“The Venetian Wine Cooperative distillery” site is located in the town’s industrial area, bordering on the section of the SS-53 Postumia that goes from Ponte di Piave to Oderzo, to the east, and with Via delle Industrie to the south and west. It covers an area of 53.877 m² on which there are industrial buildings (cement and metal) and municipal buildings, with a surface area of 4.247 m².
