The historical-architectural value of the building has been well maintained over time, “in the perspective lines and in the decorative and essential elements of the facades”, as reported in decree 113 of 6.7.2005 of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, with which the building was declared an asset of particularly important cultural interest pursuant to art. 10 paragraphs 1 and 3 of Legislative Decree 42/2004.

The apartment covered by the procedure is located on the ground floor of the building; it borders two other real estate units, the external common area used for parking and the road (Piazzale Abruzzo) giving direct access to the apartment by a flight of stairs. The property is composed of five rooms and accessories, specifically a warehouse as an indirect accessory, which can be accessed from the common entrance of the building. The building, made of load-bearing masonry, was restored in the 1980s, and is currently in need of restoration.
