The compound is currently rented with regular agreements in compliance with the Decree 296/2005 and consists of two different buildings. One building is a detached property made of only one floor with prefabricated prestressed concrete structure, classified as warehouse. It has an area of 2885 sqm and its intended uses are workshop, storage and packaging for industrial plants for air treatment, fire protection, mechanical equipment, etc. The other building, with an area of about 400 sqm and a prefabricated prestressed concrete structure, is made of two floors above ground: the ground floor is intended for technical offices, canteen and dressing rooms, while the first floor is intended for administration, commercial and executive offices.

The compound is classified in the energy class G.

The appurtenant area of about 11.000 sqm is mostly paved but partly overgrown with tall trees; it is fully fenced and accessible through a sliding gate in Via dell’Energia.

The intended use is industrial and can be changed exclusively to other uses ascribable to the industrial area of the General Town Plan.
