The intervention and development areas, totalling 9,091 square metres of land area, are located in the area north and south of the railway station, along the Via Tito Nobili road axis. The urban planning variant already approved authorises the construction of a total of 25,067 m3 of VOLUMETRY, with the following destinations of use: commercial (12,712 m3), office (3,555 m3) and residential (8,800 m3), in addition to the possibility of constructing an underground garage adjacent to the station. In addition, the pedestrian bridge built between the area north and south of the railway station allows easy movement between the areas, quickly reaching the centre.

 

The redevelopment areas are located close to the railway station of Terni (112,133 inhabitants), which is the capital of the province (2,300,607 inhabitants). The central position of the area ensures excellent car access and good public transport. The city is 100 km from Perugia, 30 km from Orte, and its access to the A-1 motorway (Roma-Firenze), and 100 km from Rome.
