The project includes the construction of a footbridge connecting the areas north and south of the railway station. Other areas for a total surface of 45,400 m² are also available for possible redevelopment.
The redevelopment areas are located close to the railway station of Terni (112,133 inhabitants), which is the capital of the province (2,300,607 inhabitants). The central position of the area ensures excellent car access and good public transport.
