The plot of land, situated in the locality of Lido in the Municipality of Campomarino, consists of two adjacent parcels for a total area of about 14.900 sqm. It is mainly cultivated with olive grove and to a small extent (about 710 sqm) used as roadway. The intended use is F/2 (tourist services). The plot of land can be easily accessed through the road Strada Provinciale del Rettifilo at about 2 km from the village of Campomarino Alto.
Contrada Vallone delle Poste, snc - 86042 Campomarino (CB) Campomarino, situated along the Adriatic coast, is one of the four towns in Molise (together with Portocannone, Ururi and Montecilfone) of arbëreshë origins, still in part maintaining its tradition and language. Besides the centre of Campomarino, the municipality includes the other districts of Campomarino Lido, Nuova Cliternia, Ramitelli and Contrada Arcora. The wide plot of land has a total area of 14.900 sqm and consists of two adjacent parcels, one which, n.1612, with regular shape and flat layout, is used as olive grove and is devoid of any irrigation and canal system, while the other one, n.1611, with irregular shape, is uncultivated and overgrown with weeds and shrubs typical of the Mediterranean maquis. According to the ITS, the destination of use is F/2 (tourist services) and, for about 710 sqm, roadway. Its proximity to the coast and to the tourist port, together with its destination of use, makes this plot of land attractive in view of a tourist development of this area; in fact, some row houses with residential use have been recently built in its proximity.
The plot of land is easily accessible from the road Strada Provinciale del Rettifilo and is at only 2 km from the village of Campomarino Alto. Such road is parallel to the State Street SS16, the main road connecting the towns along the coast of Molise with the ones in Apulia, and to the railway connecting the main stations of the Adriatic coast. The plot of land is situated in a mainly semi-intensive residential area south-east of the district of Campomarino Lido, in the direction of the sea, near the tourist port on the Adriatic coast of Molise.
