Sestiere San Marco , 2662 - Venezia (VE) The exhibition spaces, located in “Palazzo Corner della Ca’ Grande”, are granted for temporary use, with the possibility of choosing between four different options:
a) Garden (without public access – only view from the Grand Canal) – total surface area of approximately 540 sqm;
b) Garden, no. 1 room – total surface area of approximately 611 sqm;
c) Garden, no. 1 room – total surface area of approximately 674 sqm;
d) Garden, no. 2 rooms – total surface area of approximately 727 sqm;
The spaces are mainly intended for the exhibition of artistic works by exhibitors of national and international importance and local exhibitors with relevant CVs. The rooms are located on the ground floor and are equipped with lighting and an electrical system.
The exhibition spaces are located in the lagoon of Venice (population 264,579), capital of the province of the same name (population 858,198) and of the Veneto Region (population 4,927,596). The rooms with the adjoining garden are located in the San Marco district and are accessible via Calle Tagliapietra. The rooms can be reached via Actv line 1, at the “S. Maria del Giglio” stop which is located near the property, or from Campo San Maurizio through Calle del Tagliapietra or Calle del Pozzetto. The Garden overlooks the Guggenheim Museum. The area is located a short distance away from the most famous monuments of the Venetian city, 650 meters from Piazza San Marco and approximately 1 km from the Rialto Bridge. The “Venezia Santa Lucia” railway station, which guarantees connections to the main Italian cities, is located approximately 1.7 km away from the property (25 minutes on foot).
