EUR Extends the deadline for submitting dinding bids on the La Lama hotel in Rome

EUR Spa, a company 90% owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and 10% by Roma Capitale (Municipality of Rome), informes that the due date for the binding bid, previously set at 30 April 2017, has been extended to 30 June 2017, as some  operations are still ongoing with the Municipal Authorities to complete the authorisation process, which involve verifying that the property being on sale meets all the the town planning and building requirements.

Consequently, the Data Room will be updated in due time with all the relevant documentation.

The La Lama, that is also published on the website investinitalyrealestate.com, has 439 rooms, as well as a wellness center, a SPA, a fitness area, a restaurant, a bar, 4 meeting rooms which hold about 400 seats, with a total area of about 29,000 sqm, including common areas.
