PUBLIC PROPERTY AGENCY – SETTECAMINI “CASA DEL FASCIO” OPEN DAY

11 July 2024 – 18:00 CET is the deadline for the submission of expressions of interest for the former Casa del Fascio in Settecamini.
Even if the deadline for requesting an inspection has expired, it is still possible to visit the property by sending an e-mail request to dre.romacapitale@agenziademanio.it
Furthermore, an open day to visit the site has been organized on the 26th of June from 4.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., with the participation of:
  • Dario di Girolamo, Director of the Roma Capitale Office of the Agenzia del Demanio;
  • Fabrizio Tucci, Director of the Department of Planning, Design, and Architectural Technology at Rome’s ‘La Sapienza’ University
  • Massimiliano Umberti, President of Municipality IV of Roma Capitale;
  • Rita Romano, Head of the Urban Regeneration Service of the Department of Urban Planning and Implementation of Roma Capitale.

To book the inspection on the date of 26th June it is necessary to send an email to: dre.romacapitale@agenziademanio.it indicating the number of participants (maximum 5 per booking). The cancellation of the inspection must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
