In the residential segment there is a vibrant demand in the internal zone of the Bastioni circle and between the Bastioni circle and the Ring road, mostly for the new and/or the renovated.
In the suburbs the demand tends to grow, despite the low capacity of expenditure, in particular for what concerns the purchase of the first house by young couples.
In the University areas (such as Bocconi, Bicocca, Città Studi) there is a good demand for investment, the interest is in two-room apartments (50-70 sq.m).
