Exclusive residences in Milan: the demand is biting, but the offer is limited

Posted: 26 February 2019

Tirelli & Partners published the Observatory of exclusive residences for the second half of 2018.

With index 100 set at 2011, average sales prices returned to 96.5, having recovered almost 10 points from the inflection point of 2014.

Compared to the first part of the year the prices requested still rise by 1.4% in the average value, by 1.7% in the average maximum (the houses of the first quartile for the total price, therefore the most exclusive and expensive).

The top prices per square meter increase by even 2.1%.

The Quadrilatero recorded both the maximum price required for a residence on the market (€ 20 million), and the transaction of higher value achieved, a house paid € 8.6 million.
