Luxury housing in Rome and Milan at a u-turn

According to an analysis by Santandrea Luxury Houses, the premium brend of the realtors group Gabetti, with scientific support of the research company Nomisma, luxury real estate’s prices in Rome and Milan grew in the second half 2017 rispectively by 0,3% and 0,4%, after several yers of declining values.

These improvements are reflected by a contraction in average sales times and by the gap between the asking price and the effective sale price, wich decreased by 13.8% in Rome and by 11% in Milan.
