37.3% of the buildings in Rome are leased

Borsa Immobiliare di Roma presented the official list updated in January 2018.

With regard to properties placed in 2017, 37.3% are leased, 62.3% have been sold and the remaining 0.4% is been sold in bare ownership.

As for the type of properties transacted – sold or rented – for 89.2% it was apartments, villas or cottages, ie the residential (it was 88.3% in 2016), while the remaining 10, 8% concerned non-residential as a whole.
