In EUR, the demand is almost exclusively directed to purchase the first house, the houses dimension requested are medium between 80 and 120 sq.m. and medium-big between 150 and 200 sq.m.
Due to the large dimension of houses present there, the trend to split the real estate units is spreading.
Prices are high, the average price for renovated houses goes from 3.500 to 5500 euro/ sq.m. In 95% of the cases the operation concerns the purchase of the first house.
