The Sicily Market Report – realized by Engel & Völkers leader in the luxury real estate and Nomisma – shows that in Sicily the prices for luxury real estate reach 7000 euro/mq, with a demand increase of 6,5% in 2017.

The prices are growing in Syracuse and Ragusa, stable in Mondello and Taormina and slightly down in Catania and Trapani.

Excepting Taormina, an internationally renowned place, the market in both the capitals and the seaside is driven by local demand.
