SIDIEF: an illegally occupied property in the center of Rome has been evicted

The competent authorities concluded the operations to clear and secure the building owned by SIDIEF, the real estate management company of the Bank of Italy, located in Rome, in via Carlo Felice 69, illegally occupied by fourteen years and characterized by serious structural disruption.

This is a new model for the eviction of the capital, an agreed release, without the use of public force.

For all the families living in the building, alternative accommodation was provided.

Families that are characterized, in this specific case, to be in Italy for many years, rooted and known in the neighborhood, integrated with the residents.
