Sogeea: real estate auctions in Italy increased by 10%

According to the semi-annuale report of the real estate service provider Sogeea, in the second half 2016 the number of properties put up for auction increased by 10% compared to the previous six months.

In all there are 33,304 legal proceedings against 30,215 recorded in late June, when it has been already noted an increase of 5% compared to the beginning of the year.

Just under half of the auctioned properties is located in the north where the rise of the procedures was 17% in six months. South and the Islands growth was 21%.

Only the Center of Italy experienced a situation in contrast with a decline of 18%.
