S&P: house prices will rise in Italy

Posted: 12 September 2018

According to Standard & Poor’s, in the report “Europe’s Housing Markets Are Staging A Soft Landing”, the forecasts of house prices in Italy for this year are returning positive for the first time, with an increase of 0.2%, to then increase up to 1.3% in 2019.

Interest rates historically low, and a price / income ratio below the average, after five consecutive years of correction, should also encourage an increase in housing demand.
