Starbucks opens in Milan in the former Palazzo delle Poste

Posted: 7 September 2018

The first Italian store of the American chain Starbucks by Howard Schulz has opened in Milan’s Piazza Cordusio, in the former Palazzo delle Poste owned by Kryalos Sgr.

Starbucks has already opened 28,000 stores in 77 countries before opening in Italy, 35 years after the founder’s trip, but it is only the third Reserve Roastery (this is the name of the high-end premises of the starred and striped catering giant).

It covers an area of 2,300 square meters to show the spectacle of roasting, the preparation and blending of coffee.

According to the company it is the most beautiful store in the world.
