In the city of Turin, on the rentals side, sector operators perceive a growing demand, according to the 3rd 2018 Real Estate Observatory by Nomisma.
From the surveys carried out, the component of the demand for rent in the last six months has increased from 48% to 57%.
The segment generally shows signs of stability, with constant values, and in some cases a slight recovery (+ 1% on the minimum levels in the prestigious areas, + 1.9% on the maximum in the suburbs).
The time necessary to finalize the contracts is stable, approximately 3 months.
The average gross rental yield remained almost stable.
