The Municipality of Trieste has auctioned Palazzo Carciotti, an imposing building built at the end of the 18th century in the neoclassical style, located in the center of Trieste, at the beginning of the Grand Canal near the sea.
The building for sale, which is also present in the window of Investinitalyrealestarte, is one of the most important buildings in the city. The complex, under renovation by the municipality, presents a directional and residential use destination.
The Palace is ideally suited to be transformed into a tourist-receptive and congressional structure, or in representative offices.
The basic auction price is 2.7 million euros. The auction is scheduled for September the 3rd, 2018.
