Russian tycoon Yakunin will invest 150 mln in Umbria

Andrei Yakunin, a russian tycoon son of the former boss of the Russian State Railways Vladimir Yakunin, said he’s going to invest more than €150 mln in order to renovate and develop the medioeval castle of Antognolla, near Perugia.

The project aims to transform the estate of 560 hectares in a golf course of 18 holes, the ancient castle in a five star hotel and build around the old village a complex of 77 extra luxury private villas with swimming pools, gardens and vineyards.
