Via Montenapoleone is the 5th most expensive high street in the world

Via Montenapoleaone, in Milan, is the fifth street dedicated to the most expensive shopping in the world for the rents of shops.

The annual report by Cushman & Wakefield, Main Streets Across The World, is announced.

In first place is the shopping district Causeway Bay in Hong Kong (over 24 thousand euro per square meter), followed by the 5th Avenue of New York (20 thousand euro per square meter), which has thus lost the record held last year.

The New Bond Street in London completes the podium (16 thousand euros).

The Champs Elysées in Paris (€ 13,900) and fifth via Montenapoleone (€ 13,500 per square meter).
