World Capital: Italy confirms its 6th place in the ranking of the world High Street

The Italian retail real estate market remains stable with slight signs of growth in some prime cities.

According to the previews of the High Street 2018 Fashion Report by World Capital in collaboration with Italy Fashion Federation, Nexi Purchasing Observatory and the CCIAA, the positive performance recorded in the prime city of Rome stands out, Rome is ranked second among the most luxurious High Street Italiane, with a + 5% in Via dei Condotti (€ 8,400 / sq.m. year) compared to the previous semester.

From the comparison with the international locations, Italy confirms itself to the 6th place in the ranking of the High Street world, immediately after Hong Kong (14,500 € / mq / year), with Via Montenapoleone (10,750 € / mq / year), that records an increase of 4% compared to the previous semester.
