The building called “Palazzo Vitelloni”, built in 1790 and divided into six floors above ground, was the residence of the Vitelloni family. In the 1960s, the existing building was expanded with a 3-storey building to house the institutional offices of the Bank. The main use of the building is as a credit institution, while the top two floors of the “historical” part are intended for residence. The public rooms, the technological rooms and the vault can be found on the ground floor. The archives are located in the mezzanine floor. The first floor houses the meeting rooms, the management offices and the administrative offices. On the second and third floors, the company after-work club and the apartments can be found. The building can be redeveloped with commercial, office, residential and tourist-receptive functions.

The property is located in the historic centre of Ravenna, a short distance from the centuries-old Basilica of San Francesco with the tomb of Dante Alighieri and very close to the central Piazza del Popolo. The area is directly connected to the Darsena of the city, a hub for the main public transport services. The SS-16 (Adriatica), the main Adriatic road that connects Padua with Otranto, runs along the city border and through Viale G. Falcone, allowing one to reach the historic centre; the “Ravenna” exit on the A-14 motorway (Bologna-Taranto) is approximately 26 km from the property (20 minutes by car). The train station, which guarantees connections to the cities of Bologna, Faenza, Ferrara, Pesaro and Rimini is 900 meters from the area (12 minutes on foot). Bologna International Airport is approximately 82 km from the property (60-70 minutes by car).
