The new intended use includes the following functions: 220 sqm museum space – 180 sqm restaurant – Hotel with 11 suites and rooms – 150 sqm panoramic terrace and appurtenant beach.

The property, which directly overlooks the beach, is entirely fenced and immersed in a historic park of over 7,800 sqm. The property, recently renovated, is in excellent maintenance conditions.

The Villa is located in the semi-central area of Savona, along Via Nizza, the main coastal road that winds westwards from Savona. The property overlooks one of the largest and most easily accessible fine white sand beaches in the city. Nearby are the beaches of Bergeggi, the municipality of Albissola, known for its ceramics, and that of Celle Ligure, a typical coastal village in the area. The historic centre of the city (Piazza del Duomo) and the train station are 3.5 km away from the property; from the station one can easily reach the cities of Bologna, Genoa, Milan and Turin. The city’s passenger port and the “Savona” A-10 motorway exit are both 3.5 km from the property. The property is 48 km away from Genoa’s “Cristoforo Colombo” international airport.
