The industrial area is served by approximately 7 km of railway connection serving companies for the transport of goods; the Consortium Industrial Plan includes the construction of the connecting link via the SP-19 to connect the industrial area to the motorway routes, bypassing the city centres. The lot is located in the Schiavetti-Brancolo industrial area in the municipality of Staranzano (population 7,148), in the province of Gorizia. The area where the building land is located is highly strategic for logistics-industrial uses given the proximity to the Friuli Venezia-Giulia regional airport, the intermodal hub (Trieste Airport) and the Port of Monfalcone. The “Redipuglia-Monfalcone ovest” and “Monfalcone est” exits of the A4 highway (Turin-Trieste) are located 6 and 7 km from the site (7 and 13 minutes by car). The cities of Gorizia and Trieste are 22 and 33 km away respectively (30 and 40 minutes by car). The industrial area is also very interesting because it is entirely served by 7 km of railway connection.
