According to the Urban Planning Certificate (protocol no. 37589 of 01.06.2026), the land is included in MACROZONE 14 – Villaggio del Fanciullo, as defined by the General Variant to the Master Plan – Services Plan (City Council Resolution no. 586 of 14/07/2008; BURA no. 47 of 13.08.2008). It is classified as “AREA 01 – Area to be implemented – sector subject to planning equalisation (comparto perequato)”.
The land was subsequently included in the establishment of the Sector (comparto) pursuant to Article 26 of Regional Law 18/83 and its subsequent amendments. It was also incorporated into the Integrated Intervention Programme “Area 01 – Macrozone 14”, approved by City Council Resolution no. 2567 of 27.07.2009 and by the Programme Agreement signed on 10.03.2010 by the Municipality of Chieti and the City Experience Consortium, with the participation of the State Property Agency (Agenzia del Demanio). The Agreement was ratified by Mayoral Decree no. 27 of 12.03.2010 and published in BURA no. 18 of 24.03.2010. It has since lapsed.
The land registered in the Cadastre as Sheet 20, Parcels 4524–4525–4526 is also subject to a Hydrogeological Constraint established by Royal Decree no. 3267 of 30 December 1923.
Where applicable, compliance is further required with Article 80 of Regional Law 18/83, as amended and supplemented by Regional Law no. 70/95 and by Regional Law no. 2 of 10.03.2008.
The land lies in the inner suburban area of the Municipality of Chieti and is easily reached from Strada del Salvatore, which borders it along its flat section.
