Student housing: what prospects?

The student housing is going to constitute an important development element for the real estate in the University context.

The new student housing projects aim at not only increase the supply but also at calibrate the rental market for students who often have to pay really high rates in comparison to the accommodations quality.

According to a Nomisma analysis, the prices difference is notable: one single room in the “House of Student” costs between 60 and 350 euros, compared to a single room in a private apartment that costs between 400 and 850 euros.
