The municipality of Milan puts up for auction a liberty villa declared to be of historic and artistic interest, situated in the Giuslino district of the municipality of Cerano d’Intelvi in the province Como.

The building, dating back to the early decades of the twentieth century, was built on a large sloping area of about 1,800 sqm and is divided over four storeys, including a semi-basement floor. The villa had been a retirement and nursing home for employees of the Garbagnate hospital. The town plan includes the building in an area for town planning and building renewal.

The auction is scheduled for 21 December and the starting price is €1.34 million.
