Creval sells €50-mln portfolio of non-performing loans secured

Creval, or Credito Valtellinese bank, has signed an agreement for the sale of a portfolio of non-performing loans secured by a gross book value of around 50 million euro, compared with an overall value of the portfolio amounted to 44% of gross book value.

The portfolio consists of credit exposures classified as “probable non-compliance” and “suffering” mainly to the real estate sector, with underlying mainly residential.
