Cushman & Wakefield: investments in Italy in 2018 are about 50% higher than the average of the last 10 years

With 8.4 billion euros, real estate investments in Italy in 2018 are about 50% higher than the average of the last 10 years.

This is what emerges from the Cushman & Wakefield Global Investment Atlas 2019.

“Historical” investors are joined by new investors and new sources of capital – such as those from some Asian countries – that seek to enter, often clashing with a market where opportunities are still few compared to demand.

Competition for both core and value add assets and opportunistic in the office and logistics sectors is growing.
