IPI: the market in Milan is the most liquid among the Italian ones

According to the IPI Report on the first quarter 2018, the Milan market is confirming the most liquid among the Italian ones, able to attract especially foreign investors, while Rome confirms its stability.

The outlook for the next six months forecasts a recovery due to the several development projects which would provide new growth marks up.

In this first part of the year, the domestic component of invested capital stands at 40% of total volume, up compared to previous years (+ 14% compared to 2017). The other share of almost 50% of investments comes from the United States.
