Ipi: investors are cautious in Q1 2018

Posted: 14 May 2018

After a very positive year in which investments exceeded 11.2 billion euros threshold, the first quarter of 2018 marks a little slowdown due to the uncertainty of the political and economic national scenario.

According to the IPI Report, the investors preferences concern retail (about 600 billion euros) which represents a strategic and primary asset for investments, especially for the in-town retail.

Another 20% share of the volumes concerns the offices sector (280 million euros), with the Milan market concentrating almost all the investments.
