JLL studies the effect of real estate on employees well-being

Whilst only the 15% of the Italian employees can access health and welfare areas, on a global level the share reaches the 25%.

Italy stays behind the rest of the World also for what concerns the green areas for co-working (14% in comparison to a global average of 20%) and shared spaces for mutual interests (11% in comparison to 16%).

Younger generations (managers or not) are embracing more flexible ways of working: the under 35 spend half of their workday far away from their desk.
